What types of items can be customized with machine embroidery?

Machine embroidery can be applied to a variety of items, including apparel (such as hats, shirts, and jackets), accessories (bags, scarves), home decor (pillows, towels), and more.

How can I place a custom order for machine embroidery?

You can place a custom order by contacting the store directly. This can be done best through email (craftymidwesternmommy@yahoo.com), or visit our physical location at 104 Community Bank Plaza, Troy, MO 63379.

What file formats are accepted for custom embroidery designs? 

We use the file format for embroidery designs .exp. Ensure your design is in the compatible format to avoid a set up fee.

What if I don't have the file format accepted for custom embroidery designs? 

We offer a one time set up fee that can be purchased HERE.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom machine embroidery?

 

We do not require a minimum order. 

How long does it take to complete a custom embroidery order?

 

Turnaround times can vary based on factors such as the complexity of the design, the quantity ordered, and the current workload of the shop. Our standard shop turn around time is about 2-3 weeks depending on the time of the year.  It is always up to date in the announcement bar of the website. 

Can I provide my own items for embroidery?

 

We DO allow customers to bring in their own items for customization. We do ask that you ensure these items are suitable for embroidery and understand there is a chance that the item may get damaged during the process.  (not likely or often but always a possibility)

Are there restrictions on the size and placement of the embroidery design?

 

The size and placement options for the embroidery design will be discussed at time of order. We can go from Left Chest size to Full Back.

What is the pricing structure for custom machine embroidery?

 

Pricing can depend on factors like design complexity, quantity, and the chosen item for customization. You may obtain a detailed quote from us via email before finalizing your order.
